Scattered Program

The East Hartford Housing Authority owns and operates 19 units of nonsubsidized scattered site housing thorough out East Hartford.  Fourteen (14) of the units are three-bedroom, four (4) units are 2-bedroom, and one (1) unit is a 1-bedroom.
